Savera was one of the 4 winners of District 8, since she was the victor of The 9th Hunger Games, at the age of 18. In the 40th Hunger Games, she's described as being not so nice.
9th Hunger Games[]
Her Games is described in the 66th Hunger Games and The 40th Hunger Games book:
"There was a desert once. A underwater palace, forests, once just a field of grass. The last one wasn't that special. You could see anybody so within two days, everyone was dead except the girl from 8."
Her Games was the Games with the least amount of days in it, due to the poor choice for the arena. This probably means the cornucopia bloodbath's kill count was the highest, but it can't be conformed, just speculated. Its assumed the Gamemakers would choose an arena like this, so there would be much more action (in which they received). Also, her odds of winning were 7-1.

This year, she mentored Woof into victory.
26th Games[]
During this time, she is one of the 2 mentors form her district in the Games so far, "Another mentor from his district is Savera Inchcape. Like Fawn, she's a bit unkind, but I can deal with it, since I just talked to Fawn."
40th Games[]
During this year, she was one of the mentors this year. Her personality and Games is shared by Thorburn, "She's now 49, with her hair slightly turning grey, with all of the stress mentoring tributes I guess. She isn't that nice, but it doesn't matter so much to me anyways."
75th Games[]
Since theres only 4 victors from District 8, and two of them being in the Games this year, with Indigo stopping his mentoring 9 years ago, its safe to assume that she mentored this year.
Mockingjay[]
In one of the film places they used to shoot the first film, there were many pillars showing the names of each victor that won a Hunger Games. As expected, her name showed up on one of the pillars there, along with the other victors from her district. District 8 was one of the first to rebel, so as a punishment, she was killed, alongside with Indigo Weaver. She was also killed since she supported the Mockingjay.
