Ridley Rohan is the current mayor of District 2. It is noted that this mayor is indeed a very cruel one. He was the longest mayor Panem has ever had starting at 18 ADD, when the previous mayor retired. This mayor was shot down during the Battle of District 2 trying to save Katniss Everdeen but managed to survive
