The Octus Family is one of the most powerful and influential families in all of Panem, being one of the 13 Patriarch Families of the Capitol.

In 55 ADD, Drusilla Octus married Julianus Snow, the son of Coriolanus Snow after they met at Capitol College. This links the Snow Family and the Octus Family. When they had kids, this made the Ocuts Family bigger, as more members were in it. There are only three known members of the Octus Family:
