Lysander Cayhen was the Head Gamemaker for The 71st Hunger Games. He only had this job for two years. He is also a member of the Cayhen Family, which is one of the 13 Patriarch Families of the Capitol During his time as the Head Gamemaker, he killed the crowd's favorite tribute, so he was fired for it.
