Lucy Gray Baird

Lucy Gray Baird, she was the Victor of the 10th Hunger Games, with Coriolanus Snow as her mentor. She was a part of the Covey, a musical band that were said to be neither Capitol nor District. She is believed to have been shot and killed by Snow, but we never were specified if she survived or not.
