Lucas Odiar is the son of victors Finnick Odair and Annie Cresta. He was born shortly after his fathers demise. However, he looked exactly as him, as author Michiel Korte says, except that he has red hair from his mother. He lives with his mom in District 4.
In the epilogue it is mentioned Annie gave her son's pictures to Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, to add it to their memory book.
