Librae is one of the victors of District 4, winning the 46th Games at age 16.
46th Games
Librae killed many tributes during the bloodbath with a sword and hid for the rest of the Games. This is how she survived in the arena and won. There were also mutation parrots in the arena as well. The arena was forest and hills.
67th Games
During this time, she was the mentor of the pair from her district, but they both died anyways.
75th Games
Librae was seen in the reaping from District 4. However, she wasn't picked for the female tribute.
Death
A year later, she was killed during the Second Rebellion.
