Jackson Slidell is the last victor of District 10. He won The 66th Hunger Games at the age of 15. Before Jackson was reaped for the games, he worked as a cattle breeder. It was confirmed in Catching Fire that he was a morphling addict.

Later, his odds of winning her reveled to be 1 - 7. He was mentored by Greir Rollo.
Katniss remembered a year where the arena was a snowy tundra. This killed many tributes because there weren't any supplies to keep them warm, making them die of hypothermia. During the majority of the Games, most of the tributes were curled up in balls, trying to keep warmth.
This was seen as very unsatisfying in the Capitol's eyes, so during the next year where the arena would have cold temperatures, there would be supplies to keep them warm.Also, a tribute named Titus, a cannibalistic tribute, killed his victims and ate their insides. This was also seen as very unsatisfying, since they had to censor most of his kills, as they were very gruesome. Its also known that Jackson killed at least one career during this time. Also, it is said that the tributes would survive off of dead animals, much like The 46th Hunger Games.
74th Hunger Games
During this year, he mentored Jeremy, the male tribute from 10. However, Jeremy would die on day 8.
The 75th Hunger Games
During the parade, Katniss sees Jackson wearing a cow outfit, with a flaming belt. She assumes this was attempt to steal Portia and Cinna's attempt to shine, but the execution of the tributes from 10 looked like a cheap knockoff. Katniss also mentions how the belt makes it look like that they're broiling. However, in the film, he wears a Greek inspired outfit. In the arena, he managed to escape the bloodbath and also killed victor Justin Hix. In the film, his pedestal is positioned next to Cecelia and Peeta's. He managed to escape into the jungle. However, in the book during the second day he died in one of the 'Time Sectors' of the 75th Hunger Games from a large unidentified muttation that tore him apart. He placed 9th out of 24. However, in the film, he is drowned by Peeta during the bloodbath when they got into a fight. This means that he and his district partner didn't try to protect Peeta and Katniss during this time for an unknown reason. Since he died so shortly in the Games, he placeed 22-20th place.
Mockingjay
During this time, when District 13 was breaking in to save the remaining victors held hostage in the Capitol, his name was seen on a black pillar with the names of his other fellow victors from the same district. The other districts had the same thing, with their names plastered on the pillars as well.

- It is rumored that his tribute partner in The 75th Hunger Games, Tiffany Waxler, hated him for an unknown reason.
