The Flickerman Family is one of the 13 Patriarch Families of the Capitol. They are very well known through each District, and are the Master's of Ceremonies.

This family is not taken very seriously in comparison with the other 12 Patriarch Families, as they are publically known and acted as mere pawns during President Coriolanus Snow's reign of propaganda.
