"Theres a woman, not Effie, calling the names in 12, but she still begins with "Ladies first!

-Katniss describing Euphemia during Catching Fire.

Euphemia is an escort for District 12 during the early Hunger Games. She is the wife of Justinus Trinket. She is also the mom of Effie Trinket. She is a very upbeat character, and just like many other members of the trinket family, she loves fashion. She also plays as one of the bigger characters in Rummage's story.

Euphemia married a man named Justinus Trinket, and they were a famous couple back in their day as they were not only bankers but also sponsors and investors of Capitol News.

She picks Rummage Lorman and Emilia Jones. Nobody voulenteers for any of them. Even though there hasn't been a winner at this time, she still has hope that they can win. Her personality is very similar to Effie's, her daughter. She is very happy to know that District 12 finally has a winner.
