Celestia is the younger sister of Agrippina Snow, and the daughter of Julianus Snow and Drusilla Snow. She is also the granddaughter of Julia Snow and Coriolanus Snow. She is also friends with Bryony Price.

Celestia was born during The 62d Hunger Games. She grew up with victors like Wade Rankine, Peeta Mellark, Katniss Everdeen, Enobaria, Cashmere, Gloss, etc.
Despite this, she hates the Games, seeing them as brutal and wrong. This is the opposite of what her sister thinks.

When she watches this years Games with her family at age 12, she quickly loves Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, unlike her grandfather.

When Coin bombs the Capitol children, she quickly flees from the Capitol, at just age 15.

During this time, she helps fight with the other Districts. After 6 years, she finally returns to what is left to her family.
